This home was designed by J. Veal, Architect and completed in 2005. The house has panoramic view of Grand Lagoon, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key across the Lagoon. Gulf Island Seashore, the white beaches of the Key, and Pensacola Pass are a short boat ride away.

The unique open plan features a central Kitchen serving as the hub of the house, with beautiful granite tops, raised bar, stainless appliances, two prep sinks, an eclectic range and a commercial work island. The G.R. has a commanding view of the Lagoon, a wood burning fireplace, built-in bookcase, 18′ ceiling and high windows allowing in winter sun, summer moon and views of pelicans flying in formation. The D.R. has access to a BBQ deck on the north side. The Media Room is close by with built-ins for lots of media. A primary Office also has a great view with built-in desk, and shelving and is open to the GR and Media Room. The wrap around screen porch is the perfect place to watch the daily boat show, dolphins, osprey, kingfishers, herons, gulls, geese and whatever flies or swims by.
